Membership Terms + Conditions
12 CLASSES / MONTH MEMBERSHIP
By purchasing this membership, you agree to auto payments of $252 every 4 weeks for a minimum term of 8 weeks (2 autopays).
Your membership will commence from the date of purchase or you can select a date you would like it to start. Auto payments will be charged every 4 weeks.
Memberships will continue with scheduled auto payments unless notified in writing.
Refunds are not accepted and memberships are non-transferable between individuals.
Any unused classes will expire at the end of the billing period, no extensions will be permitted.
Cancellations or rescheduling classes must be made via MINDBODY at least 4 hours prior to your class start time to avoid forfeiting your class.
A $15 no show fee will apply if you fail to attend a class you are booked in for and do not cancel.
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a space becomes available you will be notified up to 60 minutes before the class starts. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.
Additional single classes may be purchased through MINDBODY at your discounted membership rate ($21 per class). If you fail to pre purchase single classes, your account will automatically be charged for any additional classes.
If you wish to suspend your membership, 14 days notice must be provided in writing to info@thepilatesco.com.au The minimum membership suspension term is 2 weeks with a maximum hold of 3 months. If you require a suspension for medical reasons or an injury, a medical certificate must be provided. A minimum 4 weeks is required between consecutive membership suspensions.
If you wish to terminate your membership, 14 days notice prior to your next scheduled autopay must be provided in writing to info@thepilatesco.com.au
If your monthly payment is declined due to card, funding or security issues, a $14.80 fee will be applied to your next payment for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.
Memberships may be subject to a price increase. You will be notified in writing at least 4 weeks prior to any change.
The Pilates Co may terminate a membership without notice at any time for any reason. This may include but is not limited to inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other clients.
I agree that The Pilates Co Perth Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against The Pilates Co Perth Pty Ltd or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused my negligence or otherwise.
